Information for authors

The authors (for plenary talk, 25 minutes mini-symposium talk, 25 minutes oral talk or poster) should prepare a single page PDF file using the provided Latex template file.

You can access the submission system and upload your PDF from here, after you have created an account (click next to the login icon).

An automatic confirmation email will be send once you have completed the submission process. An email with the decision (acceptance or rejection) from the program comitee is sent a while after (at the latest on March 9th, 2018).

Important: we strongly recommend you to check your "spam" folder to check for the reception of these emails.

Important: three best poster awards with prizes will be awarded.
